Mobile Phone Mobile Phone Shop: Define your Mobile Phone Shopping Options

todaysmobile
Mobile phones have evolved. They are no more the devices that would facilitate communication in between two ends; technology has given mobile phones an entirely different shape which happens to be flaunted more often than not.

With the growing demand of tech-savvy consumers, manufacturers (Nokia, LG, Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Samsung etc.) started integrating more and more features and with this started the never-ending race of mobile phone handsets incorporated with latest technologies. It redefined the way people would communicate and hence mobile phone shopping became all the more tricky and significant.

Now, this could get real tricky. What kind of mobile phone handset you want to go and shop for is subject to what kind of person you are. There is no dearth of mobile phone shops and easy to fetch contracts and deals regarding the same. But before you buy a mobile phone, the most critical question is- do you only prefer to communicate over your mobile phone or expect more out of your handset?

Your answer to this question will subsequently lead to another query (wonder if that’s more important). How much are you ready to spare? To hit the right combination in between the answers of these two queries is as important as buying a mobile phone. The decision of mobile phone shopping without considering these two factors may or may not fetch you your choice.

With the continuous rise in number of manufacturers, competition to woo consumers has gained momentum with every passing phase. This tilted the market equilibrium towards consumers who do not find a dearth of cheap mobile phones with adequate features these days.

Mobile Phone Scientists: Cell Phones cause Kidney Failures

Mobile phones were at the centre of a new health scare last night after claims they can seriously damage the heart and kidneys.

Earlier reports have already linked their use to brain tumours, headaches and premature ageing. Now scientists sat exposure to the phones’ low-level radiation causes red blood cells to leak haemoglobin. The build-up of haemoglobin, which carries oxygen around the body, can lead to heart disease and kidney stones.

The findings will heighten alarm over the safety of mobile phones which are used by more than 13 million people in Britain. In the latest research, scientists exposed samples of blood to varying degrees of microwave radiation for periods between ten to 60 hours.

Even at lower levels than those emitted by mobile phones, the cells leaked haemoglobin. Professor Edward Tuddenham, a haemotologist at the Imperial College Medical School based in Hammersmith Hospital, West London, said the findings were worrying and he wanted to see the study followed up. ‘The accumulation of haemoglobin in the body could result in heart disease or kidney stones,’ he warned.

The Department of Health said yesterday that the new study - carried out at the European Research Institute for Electronic Components in Bucharest - would be examined by a Government-appointed committee due to report on phone safety next year.

However, the Cambridge based consumer group Powerwatch said with evidence of the risks growing the government needed to do more.

‘We are still very much investigating the biological consequences of mobile phones. But there certainly seems to be enough laboratory studies now saying there are effects, to be very concerned,’ said a spokesman.

Last month, scientists at Sweden’s Lund University found that two minutes of exposure to emissions from mobile phones can disable a safety barrier in the blood causing proteins and toxins to leak into the brain.

This can increase the chances of developing diseases such as Alzheimer’s, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s. The Federation of the Electronics Industry yesterday repeated its claim that there was no conclusive proof that the phones were a health hazard. A spokesman said mobiles operated within strict guidelines on radiation emissions. ‘The consensus of scientific opinion is that there is no consistent evidence that mobile phones operating within these guidelines have any adverse health effects,’ he said.

Be surprised! Motorola has 4 amazing phones for 2009 and they all look sophisticated and sexy! Is this Motorola’s way of saying, “hey, we’re still here and we can provide great looking phones too!”? Not much information about these 4 mobile phones yet but all that is known is that they’d be available in the U.S. through Verizon Wireless.

Flash is a hot looking mobile phone from Motorola and it does not look like a typical Motorola phone at all. Aren’t you just sick and tired of Motorola’s V3 versions? Flash looks like it has a touch screen but we can’t say yet until we know its specs.

Rush 2 is said to be out in the market by the 1st quarter of next year. It’s a fun looking QWERTY phone that slides open from the side.

Calgary is another great new phone from Motorola that, similar to Rush 2, is a QWERTY phone that slides open from the side. It looks like an iPhone once closed actually but it has bold sides. Looks pretty cool and classy!

Inferno is a mobile phone from hell! No, it’s not a bad phone it’s just named Inferno to make you feel its fire even just with its name. It sounds really cool, right? Your mobile phone is Inferno. Ooh, I could just feel the heat!

When their specs will be available, we’ll let you know!
